Airtel — unable to make outgoing calls

Dear,

I have activated international roaming pack for 30 days (Inr 3998) on 03-dec-2017 but i am unable to make any outgoing calls now though still i have free outgoing calls offer.
Request you to consider this on priorty and help me.
If not, please pay the money for those days during which i could not make any outgoing calls.
