I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. This number was bought has prepaid from pune (Maharashtra circle). I have started facing this issue since a long time. Now during covid19 i don't have other options for recharge.
1. Unable to recharge from airtel wallet.
2. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number, it is working fine with other airtel number.
3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.
Finally i unable to recharge my mobile number.
I have contacted customer care, branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve at the earliest.
