Airtel — unable to recharge through my main balance | |||
I have account balance of 400rs of my airtel number but when i had called customer support, they said this balance cannot be used for my recharge and i have to do retail recharge for 399 pack.. This is the fraud case of airtel not allowing users to use their existing balance and spent more money on them.. I urgently want to do this recharge else i'll have to port the number to some other network and will loose entire balance of 400rs.. Already they don't provide volte service as they switch data and calls for 4g and 3g services and these are their terms and conditions.. What should i do with my 400rs balance..?
