[Resolved] Airtel — Unable to refund after broadband connection feasibility not available in my location | |||
I have applied broadband connection on 24/May/2015 through online. After next day airtel representative called and told that in my location there is no feasibility. my payment details are below:- Application Number: ONBANG A01112717 Transaction Ref No: 52419237 Transaction date : 24/05/2015 payment amount: Rs 1000 paid from: Debit card As I have talked to your customer care It will be refunded within 20 days .It has been promised I will receiving cheque.Its almost 35 days I didnt receive any cheque. Pls find the attached document for your reference. Even I have contacted my bank, Sharing of bank statement is not recommended. It will have confidential information.why I need to share my bank personal Information to airtel.If it is misused who is the responsible? whether airtel can share the transactions that happened on 24/May/2015?if airtel can't share why customer need to share their confidental information? I have got refund on 15th June 2015 to my account.Earlier It has been said it will be sent through cheque.
I got mail from airtel care, refund has been credited through credit card rather than debit card.
when I have applied for airtel broadband connection, I didn't receive any acknowledgement mail if I wouldn't have taken screenshot then I would have lost my amount.
Now this issue have been resolved by Airtel care.
Thanks Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
