Airtel — unable to send message of port to 1900

Dear sir, iam an airtel customer.. I can't get range in my area.. My airtel circle area is kerala kottayam puliyanoor.. I need to port my mobile number to bsnl with same number. So i tried to send message to 1900 to get a unique port code.. But unable to send.. They replied back that sending message is incorrect... So do the needful as early as possible..

Sir request that even if the voltage is enabled in my mobile, the voltage is not running. The problem is from the company, while another sim is in my mobile of Airtel, it is running voltly, so request is my mobile number[protected] I Volt Enable
