My case details are as follows:
1. I made payment of ₹ 5541 on 29th march 2018 against my airtel landline bill 080 – 4216 7097.
2. The payment has not been reflecting in my account since then till date.
3. I have contact the bank & got the following details as well:
A. 274932 - auth code number /transaction number.
B. 210192 - reference number.
C. [protected] terminal id number.
4. Every time i have contacted the customer care regarding the same, i have been informed that they are escalating the same to billing department & they will get back to me.
5. No one has called me ever, until i call to ask for the status & the standard reply i receive is please give us 48 hours of time.
6. When i escalate the same to the managers there, i receive the same response from them as well. Names of the managers whom i have spoken to are:
A. Sagar
B. Amit
C. Tanuja
D. Ayapan
E. Nitin
7. Today when i spoke to mr. Nitin, he said that it is not mistake of airtel & asks me to talk to him in a calm & peaceful manner, otherwise, they would not help in resolving the issue.
8. After 20 days, where airtel has never asked me to raise the dispute with the bank & have asked me to wait, when the dispute period has been closed, today, nitin is asking me to raise a dispute with the bank as they cannot help in resolving the problem as it is not airtel’s mistake.
