Airtel — unable to transact money from airtel wallet to dth tv recharge. | |||||
It is painful to say that at every dth tv recharge, an amount is directly deposited in airtel wallet instead of dth tv recharge while payment is made through airtel aap. I have not add the money in airtel wallet but how can it is possible wrongly the money is adding in wallet at every dth tv recharge. This problem is persist from two months. Yesterday i have contacted customers care, instead of resolving the problem, they have freezes my account /wallet amount. And asked the most secure informations like date of birth etc. Kindly convey the message whether we continue airtel services or go for other choices.
