Airtel — unable to use talk time balance to renew existing airtel plan | |||||
I am suresh & i am using airtel mobile service. I have a problem with with this airtel service provider regarding talk time balance & talk time plan. Below is my issue. I have talk time balance in my mobile account rs. 454 and my current plan is expired. Now, i would like to renew my existing plan with my mobile talk time balance and tried through the myairtel app channel, but it fails due to technical problem and same result i got for 2 to 3 days. I have contacted airtel customer care regarding this issue, they simple saying that i cannot use my balance talk time for plan renewal and that talk time can be used for only hello tunes and other added services which are not required for me. Why should i waste my money for all unnecessary things. And i need to spend another rs. 448 to renew my existing plan and my talk time balance become useless for ever. Resolution expecting is i'm able to use my talk time balance to renew my existing mobile plan or refund my talk time balnce to transaction account. Thanks to take-up my complaint.
