Airtel — unable to use talk time balance to renew existing airtel plan

I am suresh & i am using airtel mobile service. I have a problem with with this airtel service provider regarding talk time balance & talk time plan.

Below is my issue.
I have talk time balance in my mobile account rs. 454 and my current plan is expired. Now, i would like to renew my existing plan with my mobile talk time balance and tried through the myairtel app channel, but it fails due to technical problem and same result i got for 2 to 3 days.

I have contacted airtel customer care regarding this issue, they simple saying that i cannot use my balance talk time for plan renewal and that talk time can be used for only hello tunes and other added services which are not required for me. Why should i waste my money for all unnecessary things.

And i need to spend another rs. 448 to renew my existing plan and my talk time balance become useless for ever.

Resolution expecting is i'm able to use my talk time balance to renew my existing mobile plan or refund my talk time balnce to transaction account.

Regarding previous complaint Airtel service provider did not do anything on my compliant on the person called my said the same story what they said earlier and didn't get any resolution. To renew my plan I have spent another 199/-. And I'm not satisfied with the action there are taken.

Now, I have faced one more problem with this provider & would like to complain about it (Dated: April 13, 2018). Issue is today this service provider activated "ASKADOCTOR " value added service without my confirmation & acceptance and deducted money (Rs. 30/-) from my talk time account balance and I called customer care regrading this they are saying that this service is activated through SMS confirmation at early morning 4:26 am. My argument with them is I did attend any SMS or call about the activation how can you activate the service. Here my question is how the service provider deduct my talk balance without my confirmation.

And, I am attaching sms images sent by this provider after activation of the unwanted service. And I have conversation audio while talking with airtel customer care, but I cannot upload that file with this as it is 36 MB file.
