We are having a pre-paid mobile connection with airtel. On 27th november, 7.13 am, a message stating that adofgames has been activated and rs.120 has been deducted for that service under transaction id s[protected], though we have not requested/opted for any additonal service. Upon seeing this message, we contacted customer care of airtel to stop this service, as we have not asked for it. Though we received the message confirming stopping of this service, we have not been refunded rs 120. As we have not received the amount till date, we contacted customer care again on 2nd december for refund under ref. No. Cbdov[protected], 20.46 hrs. The response from customer care is not satisfactory. We request you to take up the matter for refund of this amount, as we have not requested for this service.
