Dear sir,
With reference to above two broadband connections (Of which former is disconnected on 23rd july 2018 and the later was connected on the same day) i have to state as follows in a chronological order:
1) i am your customer (Ph. No. 4229791 in my name ie ajit harshe) for nearly 12 years and have never faced any problems regarding your services till the problem narrated below arose.
2) on 23/07/2018 i approached your office at platinum plaza, mata mandir, bhopal, with a complaint about low speed of internet connection. There, i was attended to by shri gaurav who suggested me to change my data plan. He also told me that i can not get the suggested plan on my existing broadband connection and should take a connection in my wife's name (Or any other family member’s name) after surrendering the older one. He insisted that i should not tell about this arrangement or the reason for discontinuation of the old connection to anyone from airtel if inquired by them on phone.
3) i obliged and discontinued the old connection[protected] and obtained new connection[protected] in the name of my wife, smt. Neelu harshe on the same day.
4) i have arrangement of automatic bill payment with hdfc bank, so they paid the bill for july 2018 on 6th of subsequent month (06/08/2018). Thinking that having discontinued the old connection, bill from your side will not be raised, i did not bother to take back the standing instruction given to the bank. But they again debited my account with rs.1474.00 on 4th september, 2018 towards payment of bill inadvertently raised by you, which i wrongly thought to be paid against the bill for the new connection[protected] though i never received the usual message from your side about the bill payment.
5) when on 05/09/2018, i received a message for payment of bill for rs.944.88 towards bill for new connection, i went to your office at platinum plaza, bhopal and told shri gaurav about the whole mess and requested him to adjust the payment of rs.1474.00 made inadvertently on account of my old connection[protected] towards this bill. He told me that this was not possible, to which i concurred. So, i asked him to arrange refund of this amount to which he asked me to pay the entire dues (Rs.706+rs.738=rs.1444.00, i don’t know why two month’s bill was raised while the message was for rs.955.88 only*) pertaining to the new connection[protected] first. He asked me to draw a cheque of rs.1500.00 in the name of s. R. Enterprises, saying that this firm is the franchisee of airtel and the balance would be adjusted in the next bill. So, i drew a cheque of rs.1500.00 in the name of the firm, hoping to get the receipt on email or through message on my mobile. But i did not receive any email receipt or message.
6. After a few days i contacted shri gaurav on phone ([protected]) about the payment of bill and asked him to send me the receipt and when failed to get any positive response from him i started calling him regularly. Every time he pleaded me to wait for some time, first two-three days and then even for a few hours. A few days back i received the reminder for payment of bill from your side and i went to meet shri gaurav, who told me that by evening he will himself deliver the receipt. But he did not come.
7. Now, today i dialled the customer care number (50101) and the person there told me to pay the dues immediately and advised me to contact s. R. Enterprise for refund of rs.1500.00. I did not enquire about my refund of rs.1474.00 intending to deal with that later.
8. Now, i request you to clear my dues against my payment of rs.1500.00 made to s. R. Enterprises and also refund the amount of rs.1474.00 which was paid inadvertently towards disconnected broadband service[protected]. Also i request you to issue me all the bills pertaining to the new connection[protected] so that i can understand why is there a discrepancy as underlined and starred* above.

But it is not showing any Balance in my wallet and deducted from my Bank account so I want my Refund in my account because of your mistakes I am not going recharge Airtel number till I get Refund plz Send me Asap
