[Resolved] Airtel — unauthorized charges/nobody helps/worst customer care | |||
i bought airtel postpaid sim for 999 plan, std calling but it was activated with 3g plan ang got charged for 2 months for std calling. my bill should not be crossing 1200 but its more than 1600. even the team leader is not helping. in last 2 days i called 20 times nobody helps waste customer service management is there. kindly help me and waive off the std charges as it has to be in the plan. and customer care even cant follow any notes making also. its really pathetic that a country's best provider is just faking its name with the worst service. i have even planned to fdile a case in consumer court. i am really fed up of the so called best airtel. kindly help Was this information helpful? | |||
