Airtel — undue billing and bill plan change without customer consent | |||
I have been using multiple airtel post paid mobile, land line, broadband dth for years together. Since last 1 year from july 2017, my land line no [protected] bill plan keep on changing from 499 to 699 and now 899 without any consent from my end and bill keep on pilling up without any resolution despite my several request and call to airtel. Every time i am being harassed with bill payment and now it's completely disconnected due to nonpayment of bill. Also to note, all the commitment made call never translate in to reality rather applied at their own will. The quality of service have been detoriated like never before. Most of the time broadband doesnt work. Dealing from call centre is absolutely unacceptable. I need this to be resolved and i want my bill plan to reverse to original and settle by adjusting the additional amount taken from me which i dont use and i don't want but i have paid till may 2018 from july 2017. I will clear balance amount and disconnect the broadband and landline. It's a hopeless company now. The same case with post paid mobile bill plan. They commit something but the bill comes different and bill plan is different. The customer care guys never admit nor resolve anything. They simply confuse and exploit the customer.. The 4g from airtel is a fraud.. Just fool the customer. Never found working as commited and when complained, try to fool the customer by their hippocratic deal. I also want to surrender all post paid connections and move to other service provider. This now too much with airtel and it's time to exit. Pls resolve my concerns within a week and close all bills.
