Dear sir, airtel company is cheating it's customers by one thing or other.
I recharged my account (Mobile no. [protected])for rs 70/- 20/03/2016 and again again for rs 128/- for 50 hrs of 2 g internet on 50 hrs. On 24/03/2016.
Whenever i used internet the company is deducting the money from my call balance. On complaining the executives talk very rudely and put the call on hold for 15-20 minutes and deduct undue money. No company charges money from it's customers to solve their problems but airtel does it shamelessly.
I recharged for rs. 12/ on the same number for all std calls @rs 1/ for 3 minutes, but after 3 -4 days the company sends me message '''''your pack is deactivated and recharge it again'''
At present they have stopped my net access although i had a net pack till yesterday but i could not use it for one month due to the company's cheating. I paid for the std pack but i could not use it due to company's stupidity. I had to waste my precious time talking with airtel's stupid and irresponsible customer care executives, whereas they are least bothered about caring their customers. Was this information helpful? |

Sir, at our area ie, plassey, kaliganj, nadia facing a big problem of call drooping & also tower disturbance daily .we are not able to hear clearly .some buzzzz like sound is coming while receiving .Please take this matter urgent & solve this matter .
