I recharged for 600 into main balance then tried to activate the 549 offer through *121*1# and choosing the offer, I got a message offer will be activated and the 549 was deducted from my main balance on 11/05/2017.
I called customer care and lodged a complaint - ref no CBNRV[protected], update was supposed to be provided by 16th. I did not receive any feedback.
Called up the customer care again on 17th - ref no CBNRD[protected]. A guy picked up the call and was very rude and told me it was my mistake and money will not be credited back. He told me offer was not valid for my SIM, since it is a 3g sim and offer is for 4g sim. If the offer was not valid I should have received a straight message that offer is not valid and hence cannot be activated. Instead I received a message saying offer will be activated within 24 hours. So the solution provided by this guy was to upgrade to 4g sim, if I want to use that recharge which is activated for my number although not valid.
Again gave a second call on the day 17th - ref no cbnrv[protected]. a lady picked up and she told me she cant credit the entire balance at once so she will provide 300 on 17th and rest 249 on 18th automatically. I agreed to it and 300 was credited.
Now it is 18th I have not received the credit.
Its pretty unprofessional behavior, how many times should a person call the customer care? Complaint should be taken serious at once and resolved properly.
3 Executives responded with 3 different solutions. What will a poor uneducated person would understand if this is the kind of response we get from customer care.
1)When will the rest of 249 credited to my balance?
