Airtel — unethical behavior of the company, harassment, call services barred even after making payment through my airtel app | |||||
I had made payment my last bill of Rs.124/-, still the Airtel has suddenly barred outgoing services today stating I need to pay amount of Rs.507.83 immediately. This Amount of Rs.507.83/- includes last month and current month bill (Rs.123.68 +Rs.38415/-) The due date of the Current bill is 8th of every month. But they have included previous month bill showing overdue and barred my services. They have done this inspite of the previous bill Rs.124/- paid through My airtel app. and they are insisting that I have to pay the current bill too for getting my incoming services back. I am feeling frustrated as this is nothing but harrasment at no fault of mine. Even after making the payment my services is been barred. This was the automatic message received from Airtel after making the payment on 20th March 2018. "Bill payment of Rs 124.0 for your airtel mobile [protected] has been processed successfully. Txn ID: 681468. The amount will be credited to your mobile account within 48 hrs. Now pay through myairtel app and get discount coupons every time.
