I have requested a new broadband connection last week. After a series of calls from airtel for address verification and feasibility, i was informed about a special plan for my area by local airtel personal (Ie: first 75gb/16mbps and furthur in unlimited 512 kbps). After confirming the plan, airtel executives came home and collected the address, id proof along with rs.1000.
Today morning i received a call again from airtel saying that the 16mpbs is not supported in my area and you will get only 8 mbps and the executive who called me from the "[protected]" was completely rude and unprofessional saying this is what you will get and he blatantly had cut the call with out any courtesy.
I request either provide me with the plan suggested or please refund my money . Was this information helpful? |
