[Resolved] Airtel — Unethical practices followed by airtel | |||||
I was a airtel customer with phone number [protected]. On an average my bill was 2000 plus and it was always paid in advance. All of a sudden the network dropped drastically and it was impossible to use the data. The mail reason why I has shelling out 2000 bucks. I made several complaints for 2 months but nothing improved. still I paid the bills without using the services. Finally I decided to port out and got the port out code. The next day, I got a call from Airtel office and they said that they were working on the network in mohammadwadi area and it would be solved shortly. There would be no bills till then as I was unable to use the services. Just because I was a loyal customer, I decided to stay back with airtel. Two months again passed without any improvement and surprisingly I started getting collection calls. I got real mad and explained the scenario to the supervisor. He assured me that the calls would stop and it did. I was happy. After 6 months, yesterday several of my relatives and friends starting calling me and stated that airtel is clling them randomly and abusing. They are getting the numbers from the dialled list and abusing them.Whohas given them the authority to use profanity ? I will file a legal case against airtel for the unethical practices that they are following. 2 numbers where they are mainly calling from are [protected] and [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
