Airtel — unfair charges for voice special service

In the Jan month bill I found an additional charge of Rs 360 against Voice special numbers service availed on 5th Jan at 15:03 for 59.51 minutes.I have checked the logs no such call was made by me .
My mobile no [protected].No explanation is provided about this mysterious service .Its pure case of duping customers .When you try to reach out to customer care by dialing 121 they will waste your time with so many options and you cant login the complain .I paid the bill to avoid any late payment charges .I want the charges to be reimbursed as soon as possible and Airtel should stop indulging in such malpractices .
