On 5 Jan 2016 I requested for INR 149 roaming plan and on 10 Jan 2016 I made a request to deactivate the plan. Calls from my side to the customer care numbers were made for a small request to deactivate my roaming 149 plan and each time i was put on hold fr 10- 15 min. It was the incapability of the customer care executives to keep me on hold while knowing i am on international roaming.
Why was I made to call three times for one request that was not looked into every time. This request would have normally taken less than 1/2 a minute but for me it took 3 days.
I should not be made liable for their inefficiency and incorporation. Recordings of the audio conversation will clearly show the customer care executive asking me to be on hold each time.Checking the recorded statements and communication during the call will verify the facts stated by me for my calls on 10, 11 and 12 Jan 2016 respectively.
I may please be charged for the services used but not for being kept on hold. This new unethical method of making money by Airtel should be permanently stopped to save consumers from mental harassment and financial pressure. Was this information helpful? |
