My mobile number is[protected]. I have used this number from airtel for more than 15 years and have always paid my bills on time. My credit limit on my bill is mentioned at rs. 14, 000.
Three months ago, i received a bill of rs. 35, 000.
I have spoken to airtel various times onver the phone, visited their store and mailed them various times but they just have a starndard template and just keep repeating that i must pay the bill.
I cannot understand how if my credit limit is 14, 000 then how can i receive a bill of 35, 000 rupees.
Apart from this, i had informed airtel authorities very clearly that i will be travelling out of the country for a few months and so they should solve the matter with me within a month. They did not solve it. Even then i am communicating with them on e-mail constantly and have provided them my number abroad. But they are calling my father and my sister telling them they will take legal action against me.
If i am available to contact and have given them my phone number and my e-mail and am corresponding and talking to them regularly why should they harass my father?
I am willing to settle the bill upto my credit limit amount and have told them various times that even though the charges are not fair i will staill pay upto the credit limit so that the matter can be solved. Was this information helpful? |
