Airtel — unnecessary deduction of balance by placing unrequired plan

I belong to a very poor family, and i made a recharge of RS.30, then after few hours i received a message from airtel that RS.15 has been deducted and i dont know they have pursuated any plan on my number. Then i was remained with a balance of RS 1.50 . please sir i want my balance back because every single penny is worth for me right now.
