[Resolved] Airtel — Unreasonable billing and very rude and badly behaved executive neha | |||
I am very unhappy and upset with airtel. Not only are they charging unreasonably for their 4g data consumption but their executives are very rude and have even gone so far as to threaten me and my family to make the payments! I took an airtel 4g data sim in march 2016. The dsa told me i would not have to pay deposit if i pay an advance rental of 3 months. As per the plan, i get 15gb data every month for rs 1250/- monthly rental. I paid it in advance After the connection got activated, within 10 days i was told i have used up 20gb of data, which is impossible! I haven't downloaded any movies/music. I just use it for browsing and work. I'm not even home all day and there is no one else who uses this connection in my house I stopped using it and disconnected it but now i am being harassed by their agency or collection agents to pay a bill of rs 2383/- for what... I don't know! When i have availed of an advance rental and have paid it in advance how can i run up a bill of rs 2383/- in 2 months!!!??? To make matters even worse... There is an executive called neha who keeps calling me repeatedly ([protected]) and has spoken so rudely to my family member, she literally started crying!! She has also called me repeatedly and spoke so rudely, insulted me and has even gone so far as to threaten me!!! She then hung up on my while i was talking!! This rude and insulting behavior is unacceptable!! She has threatened to keep calling me and making my life hell if i don't pay!! I understand there is a dispute, and airtel wants me to make the payment but this is no way to speak customers and insult them Was this information helpful? | |||
