Dear sir,
I had made online payment of rs.251/- on[protected] at 02:48:40 pm for a bronwse plan named "50 gb 3g/4g data pack. This data plan was displayed in the screen of my mobile at the time of making payment. The transaction (Customer ref. No.[protected] was successful and the recharge amount of rs.251/- was debited from bank account. On the same date at 02:49 pm, a message came duly intimating me as"hey, unfortunately recharge of airtel mobile [protected] for rs.251/- failed due to invalid amount". Knowing it, i tried to contact airtel customer service but with no fruitful result. On[protected], a letter was emailed to airtel customer service for mitigating my data pack related grievance.in reply, they have sought one after another information on plea of authenticating my airtel account. When i used the option"click here"with an aim to authenticate the account, the reply was"request has been expired". While i tried to contact airtel customer service on phone, some unwanted and auto-generated reply came and put me in immense hardship and mental agony. It is therefore requested to look into the matter and redress my grievance without further delay.
