A sum of Rs.200/- has been deducted from my prepaid account without any intentional purchases being made by me.The time of purchases(online) and my last internet usage time olso clearly depict that there could not have been any transaction. I request u to please look into the matter.
This is really disgusting thing of Airtel as they have started some LAILA service on my number [protected] without my request for the same with the deduction of Rs. 15 . I never wanted any such service and strongly criticise the telecom operator (AIRTEL) for it and want refund of the same else i will throw airtel out of my forever as well as from my family's life. Why should i pay for any unwanted service without any demand from my side
