[Resolved]  Airtel — Unwarranted deduction of balance and bad customer service

Incident:
-amount deducted from airtel balance
-date : 8th june to 11 th june
-i need a refund on my balance

I was speaking to this executive called basha, who wouldn't listen to what i am asking. Airtel plays this game of deducting the balance by not providing enough information.

Their 399 plan is a major hoax and claims unlimited calls but they now say it is only for 5 hours a day which is no where explained.

First call to the customer care always gets cut so we will be charged 1 re after 3 minutes complete and then we will have to call again which is again explaining the entire thing and costing the customer.

The same issue resurfaced and this time I spoke to one Ms ### (Don't remember the name), she was very receptive and solved my issue with immediate effect. She was very patient and helped me get the entire lost balance by understanding my concern.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
