[Resolved] Airtel — vague plan descriptions. and they don't even refund your money if the plan doesn't work | |||||
I bought the rs 399 plan (Unlimited local+std +84gb data for 84 days) However money is still being cut from my main account. And i only received 2gb data for 28 days. I called the airtel customer care however they refused to help. They only kept repeating some policies and saying "madam aapko jaankari dena chahta hun". Instead of solving my issue the customer service guy kept telling me about random airtel policies. It has been a very disappointing experience. Was this information helpful? | |||||
