I am using airtel account for more than 13 years. Last 3-4 months, i am getting messages regarding activation of value added services (Vas). I have not requested any services but suddenly receiving messages and charged against my bill.
I had registered a complaint to airtel and they said once deducted it can not be refunded.
This is practically impossible to call customer support or mail to stop the service and get a waiver off. Also services will renew every week if not monitoring and deactivating the services.
Yesterday and today also two different service got activated and charged rs.200. I have not requested for this service (Didn't send any mail or call or sms for activation). Also i have not clicked any add in web pages. But customer care said it might be because i clicked an add accidentally to activate the vas. But there is no proof of my acknowledgement for vas.
This is second time i'm facing such issues. Already 4-5months back, i have complained for the same subject. That time customer care told that they will resolve it and it will not happen again. But failed. They refuse to refund the deduction. I wish to lodge a complaint to have a solution and refund of my hard earned money. Was this information helpful? |
