Hi,
I have recharged my DTH(DTH ID [protected]) with 482 RS on Friday night( 30/07/2017) before my DTH recharge get expired. i have recharged on Airtel offical web site.there i got confirmation that payment has been done successfully.But on next morning My DTH get stopped working and saying that connection has been suspended due to low balance.even though i can already paid for same. when i have called customer care they are saying they need transaction id for this. As bank website we don't have any transaction. when i conveyed same to them they are saying that go to bank and get the transaction. how bad service they have. on their website they even don't have transaction id. they hanged up my phone and said they can not help
How bad service #Airtel is providing me.they even did not returened my money back and did not provide DTH service.
I think if you are not capable to provide your customer service then stopped your services.
Its very bad customer experience that they are giving.i am very disappointed. Please don't go for DTH, i will prefer that.
