Hi this is regarding the airtel broadband [protected] .
I am writing this mail because i am very unhappy with the Airtel broadband department.
I was the very happy using airtel broadband since many years, But since 15 days, it was a very horrible experience for me.
I had airtel broadband in noida D-block, Sector 27 for almost 2 years, I had stopped my connection on March 2016 because i was shifting to Bangalore.
I moved from Bangalore to Noida on 6th feb, then i requested for re connection of my old broadband connection in different address.(B-497, sector 19 Noida)
Customer Executive told me it will take 3 days for the re connection.
From then onward i was daily contacting the broadband guys for the status, and everyday they told that it will take 2 days.
today on 20th Feb, i got a call from customer executive and he said to me " Your request for airtel broadband re connection has been canceled as there is some technical problem"
if that is the case, i should have intimated with in 3-4 days that this request can not proceed, So i could go for some another options, My time is wasted like anything.
This is very wrong for a customer, i feel cheated .
This mail is for the feedback and please take care these things.
In the end, i would like to say that I will never suggest someone to use airtel broadband services.
