Airtel — Very poor customer service at 121 irresponsible of the service provider | |||
customer service people are very irresponsible though they are charging for the services and useless to call to get their help.if we ask for a help they will make Decisions themselves to denying our request. For an example if you send a sms for one value added pack it will show that it's invalid and again if we try to do again it will get activate with Double charges. Regarding this if we call this customer care they will say that which is our mistakes and there is no option to cancel any value added pack even if it is activated by themself with Double charges. Then stupidly they will answer that two same pack can be utilized by one number / customer by paying double charges. They will make any plans at any time to steal the customer's money. Does mean we should not keep money in our account balance morethan 10 rupees:@ Let airtel people note that I m gonna Change the network soon by this month and I will surely suggest my friends to not use this network anymore I frustrated with the irresponsible answer given by the customer service people Mr. Satish, Mr Rajesh, Mr. Vishu.
