Cannot make or receive calls and call quality when it does connect, is very poor with breaking voice. Even when I am at work, the network gets disconnected and I am not able to receive any calls. From home also there is no network and I have tried contacting 121, 198. I am just bombarded with unnecessary information and useless promotional material asking me to enjoy 4G on the network. How? Your network is unusable, I have to switch to 3G to sometimes get some network. I ported Airtel from Tamil Nadu to Karnataka circle and thought things would be better. But no.
I have been facing the same pathetic quality of network in Tamil Nadu as Karnataka. Please resolve this issue since it is unbearable to not have communications. I have been a customer of airtel for a long time, but now your quality truly has degraded and I'd be forced to switch network since this is a very persistent issue here. There is also no 4G network access 90% of time. Pathetic network in key area like Marathahalli, Bangalore.
Either fix the issue, or please refund me my recharge for the month so I can happily port to a different network. This is unacceptable now.
