Airtel — very very poor indoor signal strength | |||
I m facing network issue at my location (Inside my home to be specific). The signal strength is too weak where the call gets disconnects frequently or the other party will not hear my voice and call breaks. Complaint was logged on april 10th, but no proper response from the customer care. Such as - we can check that the outdoor signal quality in your area is excellent. The problem you are facing could be due to inadequate indoor coverage. We would like to inform you that we are continuously working on expanding our network and your inputs are taken for future network planning. Open network status shows that the signal strength is excellent but when checked sim card status it is showing -120 dbm 67 asu. I had requested for engineer's site visit to check the indoor signal strength and give the report for the same, but my request is not considered till now. I cannot disconnect this connection as this corporate connection and forced to use. Also i live in city not in rural area. Airtel claims they are india's # 1 network, but it is a false statement. Request you to please consider this on priority and do the needful. Address #301 2nd floor, 1st main, 3rd cross, yemalur, bangalore - 560037. Landmark: near just bake. Number of signals: 1 to 2 (Inside the house) Error message: No message, call with disconnect if picked inside the house.
