Airtel — Voice call break

I am facing voice call break issue from past 2 weeks in sholinganllur, New kumarn nagar, 10th cross street, chennai-600119. I raised many complaints to airtel it was not resolved yet. As advised i changed handset and carrier mode in automatic/manual but there is no resolution. I confirmed them as issue at particular area. But not at all bothering on this, every time they say we are re-forwarded but no resolution from network team, not even status on that. Kindly address ASAP, don't make customers wait. I am loosing business calls due to this. - Kalyan RK

When we are raising issues though mail (121.airtel or call to 121) no I issue is getting resolved . As I checked more than 9 people in this area is facing this issue . Hope you address this issue ASAP before I take further step.
One more issue, one of my colleague from same area went to Airtel store (phonix mall- vela chary ) to give compliant where they directly said we can't take if it's one or two people facing the issue. Off course it's more than 9 is facing this issue in same are now. But, how can they deal like that, why for one customer they won't check ?

Finally we found airtel outsourced his customer support, who works on SLA not on resolution.
Very pathetic is Airtel will deal differently with postpaid and prepaid, in postpaid also they give preference based on the bill range, people with more than 10, 000 bill has specific person to resolve there issues.

what about others?

so we along with 15 to 20 in our company ported from airtel, they called for reason and specified and acknowledged that is with network and they need to install tower, but they can't confirm time limit.so, why we need to wait for the service provider who can't even assure on complaint for past 30 days.

Let us all ignore service providers who don't provide proper service in proper time. Let them come down. For people info.
