Dear team,
I would like to inform you that we have an issue with the airtel connections.
We had given 16 airtel sim for cancellation on 31-jan-2019. Airtel enterprise team have cancelled our 01 numbers in the same time another 15 numbers one month later, and they have charged for that particular period and the difference amount for that one month rs-7023/-. We have asked for the waiver for that particular month and they accepted for the waiver and we have the email conversation regarding this issue.
They have promised to give waiver but that balance is reflecting in our bill.
I have attached old conversation mails for references, kindly go through this mail and take this concern to the next level.
Help us with the waiver amount since this is not an small amount.
I am sending this mail second time but no will response properly.
