Airtel — weak network services | |||
I, vinay prakash mathur, am a postpaid customer with airtel for decades (Current mobile n0 [protected] : bangalore based). I am writing this mail in desperation as my complaint (Service request 82387835?) made in dec.2017 related to weak signals at my residence is not resolved yet after a lapse of 3.5 months. I face a lot of problem in incoming calls. Weak / inaudible sound, call ring not received with a missed call sign showing later etc. Survey has been done a number of times, problem has been identified as that of weak signals but no action has been taken yet and there is no clarity as to how much more time it will take. In the weekly follow up i do with the customer support, the stock answer is that the network team is at it, the matter will be escalated etc etc. There is no feedback on edc and action taken till date. I hope to get a response to this mail and get my problem resolved. Vinay prakash mathur Retd.
