First reactivate my previous airtel paymentsbank account whose number is [protected] in which rs 121 is present and your airtel company first debit freeze and then close my account ([protected]) without my knowledge. I think this is fraud done by your airtel payments bank team. So kindly reactivate it so that i can use my rs 121. First solve this and your team is always said wait wait how much wait?
One of your airtel payments bank specialist told me on email open new airtel wallet with same name and same date of birth so that airtel payments bank can transfer my money rs 121 to my new wallet as i opened a new wallet with account number [protected] so please transfer my money as this is my hardern money. I also submit all the required documents requested by you via email (Aadhaar card) today so that your airtel payments bank team can process further.

1. First reactivate my old airtel payments bank account whose account number is [protected] which was debit freeze and closed by your team in which rs 121 is present.. (Problem of 13 jan 2018 still not solved)
2. One of your airtel payments bank specialist mr. Sudharshan tell me to open a new wallet with same name and same date of birth. I opened new wallet with number [protected] so that u can transfer my rs 121 to this new wallet which was there in account number [protected] which was debit freeze and close by your team.
3. If you are unable to reactivate my old account number [protected] which was first debit freeze and then closed by you, then you can transfer my rs 121 to my new wallet whose account number is [protected].
