Hi,
I have been requesting itemised bill for my wifi usage
i have written 8 mails to customer care - '[protected]@in.airtel.com' and Nodal officer 'nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com', and ombudsman - '[protected]@airtel.in', along with multiple calls.
I have got verbal confirmation that the same would be sent but haven't got any statement. I have been told to login and check for my self, and have tried that too, to no avail.
I have a strong feeling that I have been charged extra and therefore, there is a strong resistance to provide the details.

Idid not opt for inter net connection.But Airtel is deducting wifi charges inspite of my disabling their offer.
