[Resolved] Airtel — Wifi connection is not working | |||||
Dear sir/mam I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the internet connection provided by your airtel company in my area keshav nagar sitapur road lucknow. Airtel brochure they had mentioned that his company uses technology that guarantees uninterrupted wifi connection. However this does not seem to be true. I am facing poor connectivity problem for a when we take his connection. Some times we can't connect to the wifi. At other time the connection is ridiculously slow. Many times we complaint our area manager mr. Anwar siddiqui. But he don't give any response. Six months free charge. But he send bill and call again and again. My router sim no.
