[Resolved] Airtel — Worst coordination & service from Air-tel after two coplaints on consumer forum. | |||
I am really very disappointed the reputation of Air tel is too down now days. I have complained before 15 days back on Consumer forum Of India till date no satisfaction not proper solution no assistance I guess Air-tel is used to for this kind of Consumer forum complaints they having lots of money to handle this kind of cases but for your kind info this time your customer is totally opposite to your strategies and thinking. I will raise the issue till HC, SC if need and I will fight for my rights. You have stopped my phone service you have done your work now don't arrange single call or follow up for the same I am buying new card today effectively and I will show all the profs which I have also out with news paper I will invest my money there at least that is worth for me then pay you. I have 3 bellow complaints:- 1- Your customer care ex Mr. Swapnil have giving wrong info with commitment he said I have noted your complaint you will get call in 24 hours but I haven't got a single call strange Air-tel don't have that much manpower. Totally wrong coordination he don't know even what is the rules of TRY. 2- That day I have got one massage from Air-tel you have consumed your 100% data use please call 121 for packs. I have called but Mr. Swapnil said you have consumed only 90% till date he have checked twice this is the biggest mistake and tech issue from Air-tel which i have already analysis before. 3- 2nd day I have called again for the same Mr. Appasaheb assisted that time he have taken my complaint and said you will get call again 24 hours but till 3 days no call from Air-tel again strange. 4-After long fight 7 days back I have got proper call from Ms. Bhawna but no solution she was offered me 140.Rs discount what do you think i am beggar ??? and they protects them self no fear no apology, I have all the profs if legal lawyer ask for my discussion recordings with your customer executives you have to submit also I have mails as well. 5- I agree when i was in Delhi bill been raised but when i was in Mumbai also i was getting same level bill i got your strategies always i am also corporate person. Also in 1 week consumed 2.2GB net ohh my god i think India's president is also not that much busy on social sites i guess i am so popular. 6- Yesterday only i have got call from customer care he told someone senior will call but no calls no massage, mails i am totally confused you guys are stooped my service without proper solution if i will missed any IMP or official call you will responsible for the same. Worst coordination i ever seen in my life. Till i am waiting for adjustment and wave if i am getting satisfactory waver i will continue or else coordinate me i will go with other brand.
