Hi all,
This is anil using airtel postpaid sim with "[protected]" from couple of years.
Had many issues with airtel billing, network, & customer service etc.. But i hv not escalated or highlighted this issues on any social sights.
Now i had a internet usage issue reporting from past 20-25 days no proper response. Hence, call cc to check the status.
This is a high time the advisor deepak previously mohan lot many from cc team dare to disconnect the call on my face without giving any resolution. Is this the service we should get being an corporate user of airtel.
Being the customer we have all the rights to talk to the supervisors, manager's if they are unable to resolve next level we have all the rights to talk to company ceo. But wn i ask deepak to transfer the call to his supervisor he disconnect my call on my face. Not only he couple of the advisor did the same.
My request is someone from higher level has to check all my call recordings and give me a callback and let me know what action you guys have taken against the advisors.
If i don't get any response within today eod i ll take dz from my end.
