I gave a mnp request at airtel showroom sembium (Airvoice) on 10th march - customer care explains that the request got denied on 12th march but the showroom people claim that information from customer care is wrong and are not initiating the next process-worst showroom needs action. Almost every customer is being treated like a slave-lady staff are arrogant and male staff back them up. They don't even bother to answer customer queries - worst treatment to customers

Updated by Ganeshraja1 I gave a mnp request at airtel showroom sembium (Airvoice) on 10th march charged exorbitantly - customer care explains that the request got denied on 12th march but the showroom people claim that information from their own customer care is wrong and are not initiating the next process-i have travelled at least 5 times to the showroom - worst showroom needs action. Almost every customer is being treated like a slave-lady staff are arrogant and male staff back them up. They don't even bother to answer customer queries - worst treatment to customers - customer care is also very much constrained and not taking complaints - my portability is struck because of them - worst support - i have called ten times to airtel customer care who don't take complaint or resolve the issue
