From last 4 moths we are using 3g or 2g speed instead of 4g, we have spent 450 rs for each 4g connection for 4g speed but we didn't get the speed till now, who will be responsible for this, your customer who paid 450 rs or airtel company who only provide delay service?
We spent our money for better service and 4g speed but we couldn't found anything from airtel. So now we need discount on each cug connection's bill cause we used 3g instead of 4g & still using 3g from last 4 months.
As customer i can understand the situation or procedure for new tower setup, but why airtel company don't know to their customer's work and time?
Why i always write the mail for single issue?
This time i only want the discount of rs 150 for next four to six months, plan of action eta from you & alternate solution for the same. Was this information helpful? |
