Airtel — worst voice and data services

I am chan pasha, live in hyderabad.
I purchased 399 pack (Unlimited calling and 1.4gb/day) on 19th april 2018. However there are no proper services in my locality. There is no proper coverage in locality, i have to go to other localities to access mobile internet services.
I raised this with airtels mulitple channels, some promised me resolution in "few" days. Its 50 days since my first complaint, no resolution is provided.

[protected].jio ported to airtel .498rs.filled.offered free calls 4g net .but each call seeing charge rs 5.and 2g net only.if mistake clear it .send airtel settings

Rs 498 offer not receive.charging call rate .no 4g.3g.
Airtel settings may send .clear my complaint.urgently

I tried to to recharge my number [protected] on 12 Th June 2018 through Airtel portal, money got deducted from my Hdfc bank and recharge not done, I git the error page on Airtel online recharge portal.
