Airtel — wrong and extra billing | |||
Hi Team, As discussed, agreed and confirmed by yourself and customer care representative Mr. Rahul i was given the confirmation for disconnection of my connection on 7th Dec 17. This is mistake done by Airtel for delay in disconnection of my connection, why the customer is being penalised, harassed and extra billing done for the delay in disconnection of my connection . Kindly send me the revised bill till 7th Dec 17. I will clear the dues accordingly. There is delay from Airtel for submission of proper, accurate and appropriate bill till 7th Dec 17. Without receiving the proper bill i am not in position to make payment. I am being harassed for mistake of Airtel and wrong billing done by Airtel. Kindly do the needful on priority.
