[Resolved] Airtel — Wrong bill amount in broadband bill

I have paid for activation charges of 1000 rs for broadband to the agent in cash.In my first bill, they levied same 1000 rs again. I have raised complaint 20 days back. Everytime i call, they tell me it will be closed in 4 working days but no resolution till now.

I am getting calls everyday for payment of bill but no body talks about the complaint. I have already mailed all the required documents to airtel but nobody is even explaining why the complaint is not getting closed.

There is a new update. The complaint is not getting resolved & they are talking about disconnection.
