[Resolved] Airtel — Wrong bill & wrong data usage by AIRTEL. Just cheating people... | |||
I have a number with airtel corporate plan & 1 GB data usage plan. My billing cycle is 5th to 4th of next month. I was in roaming from 5th to 15th june 2015 where I have no network to use internet. Back to Delhi on 16th June where I used 294 MB data only and which is showing OK in my mobile data usage. Suddenly I got message from airtel that 'you have consumed all your data' . Tried to get help from aitel customer care but no action yet. They are just forcing me to agree upon I have used all data which is very disappointing. Please someone help.
