I'm one of your customer using no [protected] where my offer is i can used 10 gb per month data however plan is automatically changed by your company and i don't have info about this and they have charged extra amout in my billable last 2 last month and when intalked to customer service executive he again agreed to give 10 gb and remove my extra charges of this. But again in next month they again charged extra amout for internet and they dissconnect the no. And barred my outgoing call and as well as incoming call. I've a small business and this no. Is important to me because of no. Off i felt lots of problem not follow up with any one my client as result this is hamper my business.
I'm ready to pay my bill but not extra amout so my humble request to take this serious and start my no. On priority.
