Airtel — wrong bill generated and activated services without consent | |||
I am a airtel postpaid user and i m using this connection from a very long time approx 5 years. Last year i was using a booster pack of rs 99 which gives the facility of one number free calling which i deactivated after switched to unlimited 599 plan, but the booster was still activated and rental was added in my next bill then i register a complain to deactive the same. after complaning so many times the service wasnt get deactivated. then finaly they deactivate the booster after long time in oct. this year in jan month again they activated this booster while my all local and std calling is free. when i did not make payment they called me and ask for the issue, i explained each and every thing to more than 7 executives and one sr executive named 'KARAN' who deny and said that this service was activated by you and when i ask him to transfer my call he said he cannot transfer as he is the only senior and there no floor manager available.
