Dear executive,
As i have registered my complaints on 121 earlier also.
I was a prepaid customer of airtel since a long time.Few months back, i moved to postpaid plan with 299 rental in which i have availed a 4G net pack of Rs 655.
3 months back, I moved to 549 infinity plan in which i am getting sufficient 4G internet.So, i have stopped rs 655 net pack.But, due to lack of responsibility from your end it is not stopped till date.I am getting a bill of more than my expectations every month.I have already paid incorrect bill since 2 months, but now I am not going to pay this last bill of 1900 approx against this 549 infinity plan.
I was told that in the bill of february, i will get reimbursement of the previous incorrect deducted amount.
Despite of getting the same, i am getting a much more fake bill of 2000.
I also have a recording of the conversation with the customer care executive which i am attaching with.
Now, do whatever you want.
Neither i am going to complaint anymore nor going to pay this fake bill.
