"Important to note to avoid excess charges while in International Roaming:
Smartpack would auto renew post expiry date, if there is usage found while you are in international roaming. "
The pack was working fine from 26 August to September month than September month to October month and then October month to November month.
From 26th November they start charging on daily basis plan 649 without informing me. I didn't receive any mail or SMS to my number or registered email ID as I am the Coordinator of this corporate connection. My employee got sms that you are on 649 pack than next day on 4th Dec my employee received sms that your 3999 pack is again activated.
I went to local airtel office and asked them regarding this and they said you were charged daily basis plan of 649 for two days after that your 3999 plan again started. I request them that daily basis charges should not be added in this bill as I am on monthly basis plan. They said wait till the bill generate after that we will put a complaint.
When I got the Dec. month Bill of Rs. 27970 than I start contacting airtel office, they said you should send mail to enterprise and appellate to waive off daily basis charges as you are on monthly basis plan.
After sending many email to [protected]@in.airtel.com and appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com I got a reply that
"This is to inform you that your charges are validated of Rs 649/ from 26 NOV'19 because that charges is counted as roam without fear and you are not eligible for wavier."
I informed that without informing me how can you stop my monthly package. But didn't get any satisfactory answer till now.
I am planning to go to consumer court now.
